Patient Information

We are a specialist-led NHS centre offering a range of Oral Surgery procedures, including wisdom tooth removal, surgical extractions, and IV sedation. Your first visit with us will be to receive your treatment, unless you wish to be considered for IV sedation, apicectomy, or have a complex medical background.

In order to receive treatment by us, you need to be referred by a dentist.

Booking appointments

Our friendly reception team will contact you directly, usually by telephone, to organise your appointment. We may ask you a few basic medical questions, to ensure you can undergo your procedure on your first visit. Please ensure your referring dentist has your up-to-date contact details and address. If you have not received contact after 2 weeks of your dentist’s referral to us, please phone our clinic directly.

Changing appointments

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please contact our clinic as soon as possible. This will allow us to offer your appointment slot to another patient.

If you fail to attend your appointment without informing us, you will be discharged.

Fees

There are no patient charges for undergoing treatment at Lancashire Oral Surgery Clinic. Your treatment is covered under the NHS. We hope this is a pleasant surprise!
